A French player agency agency has also failed with the action against a German football Bundesliga club in the second instance. The counselors had requested a remuneration of 250,000 euros from the non-naturally called club for a transfer in 2019. Even before the district court Heidelberg, the agency had no success in early February, on Friday, the 15th Civil Senate of the Higher Regional Court Karlsruhe rejected the appeal. The affected player had changed the consultant in July 2019 during the current transfer negotiations. The first contact of the association still ran through the French agency, the contract was then concluded over its new mediator. The French agency complained of a premium of 250,000 euros for its initial participation in the transfer, but both legal authorities rejected this compensation requirement
